What to expect

The Rise Management Trainee Programme runs every September for a period of 24 months.

Stage 1: Onboarding

At the beginning of the Program, the company welcomes you. Over a period of three months, you will have the opportunity to visit our production plants, acquire sales experience in the market, meet our partners and feel part of a large and strong team. The purpose of this stage is your smooth entry into the company and your selected function (Commercial/ Supply Chain/ HR / PAC). You will also have the opportunity to participate in various projects in which you will receive guidance from executives of our organization.

Stage 2: Take-off

In the second stage, you will be involved in activities locally and globally, including formal trainings, collaborative learning and on-the-job learning opportunities – all aiming to support your role as a Management Trainee. From the start, you will get to work on important projects that have an immediate business impact. As the program progresses, your level of responsibility and assignments will increase - creating a dynamic and challenging environment for you to rise to your full potential! 

Stage 3: Cruise

At this stage, you exposed to leadership tasks on a junior level, supporting the development of more senior leaders. This prepares you efficiently for your next role. After the successful completion of the program, you will have the opportunity to take on the role that best fits your talents while actively contributing to the success of our company.

 

On successful completion of the program, you will have the chance to lead a team and you will be developed further as a manager and continue making an impact for the company.
